    I was about to leave the store because I couldn't find the Ray-Ban glasses I wanted. I didn't know the name of the model. Adriana was very helpful! When I described the sunglasses she found it right away. Excellent service!

    Highly disappointed with the lack of follow up and communication at the store. The associates there are nice but that didn't resolve my issue. I had a warranty issue that I reported to them with an expensive pair of D&G sunglasses. A small piece on the end of the arms fell off and I never even dropped the glasses! I went within 3 months, they said they didn't have the pair but the glasses had a 1 year manufacturer warranty that would cover a straight exchange as it was a manufacturer's defect. I left my name, model number and phone number with the associate and she said they'd call back/follow up. Fast forward a couple of months and follow ups, I go back to the store and ask for a follow up and they say they didn't have my info and haven't gotten that model in a while. I explained the situation to the associate, David, and he was nice enough to look at all other sunglass hut locations to hunt down a pair for me. He calls, tells the associate at the other location to hold a pair for me and tells them "direct swap" and then hangs up. In the process, he loses the small piece that fell off the glasses and said, "it won't matter. They'll get you the new pair without that." I go to the other location that same night, get denied my warranty claim and I'm informed I have to pay half of the item's cost to get a new pair. It's not what I was told and when the associate at the new store tried to follow up with the other store, they didn't even have records of me going there and inquiring about this. I had to escalate this to a manager at the new store and he took care of me. The way my situation was handled at this store is well below sub par and you should be wary of making purchases there. Make sure to take down names, dates and cover your back or you will get the gross end of a stick.
