  They can go to hell for all I care 6 years back I bought a engagement ring for my former fiance. They give me the hardest time returning it and treat me like a criminal acting like i was there to rob them or something. And asking me questions is none of their concern. If you going to get a jewelry for your loved ones they are the last people to go to. If you're asking why am I saying this now? I recently went back to that area and the same people still work there. Please be warned you do not want to do business with them. The staff and managers not helpful I repeat not helpful if anybody say otherwise they work for them they're lying to you this is the worst place do business with. Take it from me they will treat you like a criminal when you get in their door of the store.

  This is a great store, the customer service was awesome!! I mean the girls went over and beyond to help me and my sister. Zales have great deals and great quality. But what was most important was the customer service! Thank u ladies for all of ur help!!
